Return Policy
• Changes
In cases you want return the product you purchased for changing (size / colour / style / product) you should first contact us by email at MarketNet.gr@gmail.com in order to confirm the return and the availability of the new product.
The costs of return is paid by the customer. You should use the courier we cooperate and you can pay into one of our bank accounts 5 euros. The expenses for the shipment of the new product are covered by the company (the above case is for Greece only).
The new product will be sent only after we receive the wrong one back.
The return must not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be received by us in new condition as received, without damage or signs of use.
• Defective products
In case you receive a product that got defection, the item will be repaired or replaced.
Firstly must be communication with the company for a resolution or the confirmation of return.
The products should be returned either by post or by acs or ELTA courier.
You must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days.
In case that the defection happened during warrantee period, please contact the company first for a resolution or the confirmation of the return.
The return cost is paid by the customer. Can be either by post or by other courier of your preference that you cover the cost or by the courier we cooperate and you can pay into one of our bank accounts 3.5 euros. The shipment of the new product will be covered by the company.
• Refund
In order to return the product for refund, firstly you must contact the company for a resolution of the problem or an return confirmation at MarketNet.gr@gmail.com You should send the products within 14 days. The costs of returning goods must covered by the customer. In addition, the refund is only for the value of the product (not including shipping costs or cash on delivery that may have paid. If the shipment of the products was covered by the company even as a "free shipping" will be deducted shipping costs paid by the company for sending them.
